Dacha Rental Terms and Conditions

This Vacation Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the guest (“Guest”) and the property owner or manager (“Owner/Manager”). By booking the vacation rental, the Guest agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Reservation and Payment:

• A reservation deposit of $500 is required to secure the booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total rental fee.
• The remaining balance of the rental fee is due 14 days prior to the check-in date.
• Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, or Check.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation by the Guest must be made 14 days before the check-in date for a full refund of the reservation deposit.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in the forfeiture of the reservation deposit.

Security Deposit:

• A security deposit of $500 is required upon check-in. This deposit will be applied towards the total rental fee.

Occupancy:

• The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. Exceeding this limit without prior approval will result in additional charges or eviction without refund.
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Pet Policy:

• Pets are permitted only with prior approval and payment of a $200 pet fee per pet.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required due to their pets.

Check-in/Check-out:

• Check-in time is 12 PM, and check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to an additional fee.

House Rules:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental property.
• Guests are expected to treat the property and its furnishings with care and respect.
• Quiet hours must be observed between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Liability:

• The Owner/Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, and the Owner/Manager is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

By confirming the booking, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in eviction without refund.
